1. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a partnership focused on personal or professional growth. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

We do not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and may be conducted in person, by phone, or online.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less notice may be forfeited or charged at the full rate.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.

Refunds are issued at our discretion. Generally, completed sessions are non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services—including documents, guides, and recordings—is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree to use our Services at your own risk. We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on our coaching.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services at our sole discretion. You may also terminate Services at any time by providing written notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
